It's as easy as 1-2-3 to confirm Salon & Spa appointments!

1.  Review the Wavelengths Menu and complete your Reservation Request for your salon and spa appointments.

2.  Read and sign the Salon & Spa agreement.  Mail one copy of the agreement and your appointment list to:  Wavelengths Salon & Spa, 11 Memorial Blvd., Newport, RI 02840.

3.  Enclose a deposit of 50% of the total with your signed agreement.  The balance will be due the day of your wedding.

A confirmation of your request will follow promptly.
